Our approach

Forward-deployed. Not spectators.

An Oracle programme needs facts, decisions and teams that communicate. That is our starting point.

01 /

Get inside the programme.

Forward-deployed means close to the work, not buried in meeting minutes. Start with processes, documentation, configuration, past decisions and the people who own the issues. Onboarding follows the actual programme context.

02 /

Decisions informed by the people doing the work.

A committee in ten days will not solve today’s blocker. Prepare options, consequences and a recommendation. The right owner decides, the decision is recorded and someone follows through.

03 /

Put risks on the table.

An unstable interface, an unrehearsed migration, late business tests: name them. Each risk needs evidence, impact, an owner and an action. A register is the starting point; treating the risk is the work.

04 /

Reporting for decisions.

Where are we? What is slipping? What are we doing? What do we need from the sponsor? Answer these before discussing colours and percentages. Keep the supporting detail accessible, including bad news.
