Oracle expertise
No catalogue. Work to deliver.
Four disciplines to deliver an Oracle Fusion programme: lead, design, test and migrate data. No 40-slide pitch. Clear scope, named people and decisions that move work forward.
Advisory & Program Management
Someone who takes responsibility.
Scoping, governance and Delivery Assurance: connect business decisions, design and delivery. Another committee will not put a programme back on track.
What we cover
Programme diagnosis, scope and dependencies; governance, budget and planning; decisions, risks and trade-offs. A PMO should expose gaps, not just produce green status reports.
What should remain after our work
An explicit trajectory, accountable decisions and an actionable delivery plan. For a troubled programme, start with the real debt: specifications, data, testing and responsibilities.

Real specialists.
ERP, EPM, HCM, PPM, SCM: behind the acronyms are business processes that must work. Functional and technical expertise must stay connected from requirements through acceptance.
What we cover
Process and core-model scoping, fit-gap analysis, design and configuration, interfaces and integration architecture. Record how choices affect data, security, testing and operations.
What should remain after our work
Expertise matched to scope, explicit design decisions and knowledge transfer. Module coverage and staffing are agreed for each engagement.
Let’s discuss this workstream →Testing & regression
A discipline. Not a phase.
Testing in the final week with makeshift data means finding out too late. Business acceptance starts during design.
What we cover
Test strategy and coverage, end-to-end scenarios, test data, defects and execution evidence. For each quarterly update: assess impacts, select regression coverage and decide what deserves automation.
What should remain after our work
A view of residual risk for go/no-go and a reusable test base for operations. Automation speeds execution; it does not replace business judgement.
Let’s discuss this workstream →Data Migration
Data is the heart of the programme.
Underestimated, underfunded, undertested: data can derail an otherwise convincing cutover plan. Migration deserves its own workstream.
What we cover
Source inventory and ownership, mapping, transformation and quality rules; object-specific loading, migration rehearsals and business reconciliation. Consider FBDI and ADFdi where appropriate to scope.
What should remain after our work
Reconciled volumes, explained differences and a rehearsed cutover sequence. Loading a file is not the finish line: business teams must be able to use and substantiate the data.
