Your contact enquiry

The form collects first name, last name, email and message, plus optional company, topic and timeframe. Netlify Forms stores the enquiry and emails a notification to the people responsible for replying. The notification is received through professional Google email. Processing serves your enquiry and relationship follow-up, based on pre-contractual measures or Spark Conseil’s legitimate interest.

Invitation-only account

Your email, account identity and entitlements support sign-in and resource access control. Supabase manages authentication and access; codes are sent through Google email configured for Redshift. Access depends on your invitation and granted entitlements. Do not share login codes.

Content and answers

Downloaded templates are working documents. The website does not collect answers entered in downloaded files. Avoid sending confidential client data through the contact form.

Hosting and technical data

Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Netlify Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring are not enabled. Technical connection data may be processed to provide and secure the service. Browser storage is described on the Cookies page.

Providers and retention

Netlify provides hosting and forms, Supabase manages accounts and access, and Google provides email. Prospect correspondence follows Spark Conseil’s published period: no more than three years after the last contact.

This is our retention rule; it does not mean Netlify or the email service automatically delete enquiries. Deletion must cover stored submissions and retained emails. Account, technical log and backup retention, and providers’ international transfer arrangements, remain to be confirmed. For requests about your data: info@sparkconseil.com.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at info@sparkconseil.com. You may lodge a complaint with the French authority CNIL, www.cnil.fr.
