Our approach is to clarify roles, disclose conflicts of interest and escalate risks appropriately. A documented disagreement is more useful than superficial consensus.

Respectful collaboration

We value competence, knowledge sharing and accessible communication. Remote or on-site work should serve the project, with purposeful travel.

Protecting data

Agreeing necessary access, limiting shared data and clarifying confidentiality are part of scoping an engagement. Requirements and safeguards depend on the client context.
